Organization Profile

Nour El Marifa association is a charitable, non-profit and non-governmental organization (NGO). It is an independent association and does not belong to or represent any political party or body and its activities are voluntary. Its head and permanent office is in Nusierat � The Middle Area � Gaza Strip � Palestine. It has been established in 2000 and it has different developing, relief and economic programs. It is licensed by ministry of Palestinian interior in 2000 under No # 6082.

The organization aims primarily to develop and support Palestinian student's abilities from gifted and talented as well as the students with special needs. It also interests in the Palestinian students from the beginning stage (elementary school) until post-graduation. In addition, the organization tries to help the poor families in order to improve bad living conditions and it sponsors some needy children whether they are orphans or belong to destitute families.

The Organization Objectives

The organization aims to:

-         Develop and support Palestinian student's abilities generally and particularly.

-         Activate the role of youths in the society.

-          Provide needy students and their families with aid.

-         Develop the skills, improve special needs skills, and integrate them in the society.

-         Arise with the students' cultural and scientific level.

-         Activate the women's role and help the homemakers.

Organization Branch: The organization has no branch except the headquarter.

Organization Achievement

-         Construct the fixed building.

-         Establish Nour El Marifa School for Special Needs (for Students with learning difficulties).

-         Child's Club (permanent program) 

-         Sponsor the needy families. (permanent program)

-         Sponsor the needy children and orphans. (permanent program)

-         Orphans sponsorship (rainbow family Program)

-         School and bag uniform. (permanent program)

-         Honoring the top students. (permanent program)

-         Improving learning skills for university students (transport � uniform)

-         Improving reading skills for Gaza middle area students. (Supportive learning)

-         Emergency and relief program for marginalized areas and urgent needs.

-         Periodical aid in different occasions as Ramadan and Eids.

-         Micro programs for limited income families (Free Loan).
